Human Capital Management Associate

Role Summary: 
The Human Capital Management Associate provides comprehensive support across recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations to ensure smooth processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This is a hybrid role that will require at least 4 days in the office. 

Responsibilities: 
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support 
• Assist with full cycle recruiting through sourcing, job fairs, resume screening, scheduling, and 
interviews. 
• Manage candidate communications, feedback, and interview logistics. 
• Partner with team to administer reference checks, background screenings, and candidate documentation. 
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and contribute to weekly recruiting updates. 
• Assist in preparing offer letters and related candidate correspondence. 
Onboarding & Offboarding 
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system entry, and process tracking. 
• Ensure timely coordination with IT and other teams for smooth new hire setup. 
• Support employee offboarding by coordinating necessary documentation and workflows. 
General 
• Support employee status changes, terminations, and verification of employment requests. 
• Assist with performance review processes and other HR program administration. 
• Coordinate employee engagement efforts and milestone recognition initiatives. 
• Assist in annual benefits open enrollment and related communications. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

Qualifications: 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software. 
• Willingness to take initiative, be resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced open office environment. 

Education and Experience: 
• Bachelors Degree required 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

In addition to the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus program, the salary range below describes the estimated minimum to maximum base salary range for a position of this level.Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate and may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience, licensure requirements, certifications, skill set, and other business and organizational needs. 

Base Salary Range: 
$75,000 - $85,000 
This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus
