Job Description:  

The Client Team Coordinator plays a key role helping the team deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, consultants, and prospects. This individual will be responsible for calendar and meeting logistics, CRM management, client related initiatives/projects and general team support. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and execute external and internal CST meeting logistics, including:  

    • Calendar management (both CST and I-Team presenters) 

    • Conference room logistics  

    • Meeting technology 

    • Meeting hospitality (including catering ordering, set-up, and clean-up) 

  • Become Satuit power user with the ability to partner with CPMs/CPA to:  

    • Add businesses and contacts 

    • Log and update activity 

    • Ensure data integrity 

    • Execute en masse updates, clean-up projects, or other strategic initiatives 

  • Provide reporting to key internal stakeholders on CST meetings and travel 

  • Assist with conference registration, including sponsorship, logos, and swag (as needed) 

  • Track materials sent externally via distribution lists – collect non-deliverables and make appropriate updates 

  • Process CPM and I-Team travel expense reports 

  • Provide administrative support to CST Senior Leaders, as needed 

    • Preparing meeting agendas 

    • Creating PowerPoint slides 

    • Coordinating external events 

    • Running standard reports  

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Two years of administrative experience, preferably for a Financial Services company 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated follow through 

  • Demonstrated client service mentality 

  • Problem solving skills, ability to identify inefficiencies and offer solutions 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task 

  • Proficiency with a CRM system 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  

Education Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or progress towards a Bachelor’s degree

In addition to the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus program, the salary range below describes the estimated minimum to maximum base salary range for a position of this level. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate and may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience, licensure requirements, certifications, skill set, and other business and organizational needs.  

Base Salary Range:  

  • $60,000 - $85,000 

Annual Performance Bonus:  

  • This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus   

Expected Hours/Location:  

  • Typical hours for this role are 9am – 5pm, with the opportunity to earn overtime  

  • Office presence is required at least 3 days per week, with certain weeks where in-office presence will be required 4 days per week, depending on onsite meeting volume
