Job Description: 

We seek an Office Administrator who will join the Workplace Management Team in support of the firm. This individual will handle daily office administrative needs, focusing heavily on reception, office supply maintenance, assisting food and beverage ordering, vendor management, expense support, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

·       Register all visitors in building security and greet them in an inviting and professional manner

·       Answer, screen, and appropriately forward incoming phone calls

·       Complete orders for required catering for client meetings and firm-wide events

·       Coordinate internal meeting logistics, A/V coordination and set-up, and conference room maintenance

·       On-site event execution in collaboration with our internal event sponsors

·       Sort and organize daily deliveries and incoming and outgoing mail

·       Act as liaison with building maintenance to submit and resolve any work orders

·       Maintain an office maintenance calendar to ensure timely repairs 

·       Maintain food and office supply stock through our preferred vendors

·       Assist in managing external relationships with vendors, such as office supply and catering firms

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy office environment with an emphasis on maintaining our office aesthetic

·       In office presence of 4+ days per week (Monday through Thursday) required with some Fridays necessary

Required Skills and Experience:

·       2 plus years of previous office administrative or hospitality experience

·       Excellent organizational skills and follow-through

·       Keen attention to detail

·       Ability to prioritize

·       Resourcefulness

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced open office environment

·       Ability to comfortably interact with senior executives as well as build cross-functional relationships at all levels 

·       of the firm

In addition to the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus program, the salary range below describes the estimated minimum to maximum base salary range for a position of this level. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate and may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience, licensure requirements, certifications, skill set, and other business and organizational needs. 

 

Base Salary Range: 

 

$60,000 - $85,000                                                                                

 

Annual Performance Bonus: 

 

This role is eligible for an annual performance- based bonus
